On Sunday 29th May, our Primary 4 girls and boys had a very special day receiving their First Holy Communion in St Macartan's chapel, Aghadrumsee.
Thank you to Fr Jim Moore for all his help in preparing the children for their sacrament and helping them feel at ease on their big day, to Lorraine Faux and Patricia Bannon for their parts in the mass, to Sinead Connolly McGorman for her help in preparing the children with their hymn and to the Roslea Chomhaltas group and Hilary West for providing the music in the chapel.
The celebrations continued afterwards in the school where our children and their families were able to come together for tea. Thank you to all those who gave their time to organise and implement this treat for the children and their families.
